Our branch is located at Venkateswara Metta in the Allipuram area of Visakhapatnam. We have been operating from this spot for a long time, and it’s a familiar place for many drivers. The office is quite basic, with just the essentials needed to manage the transport side of things. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks, surrounded by paperwork and the sound of the busy street outside. We handle all sorts of goods, and every day is a bit different. Some days are slow, while others are completely packed with people coming in to drop off or pick up items. We don’t have a fancy waiting area, but we try to be quick with the paperwork so nobody has to wait too long. Most of the people working here have lived in Visakhapatnam for years. We know the shortcuts and the trouble spots on the roads. We don't use any promotional language or try to act bigger than we are. It is just a local logistics branch doing its job. Sometimes the computers are slow or the phone lines are down, but we find a way to keep things moving regardless. We are just a team of hard-working people trying to make sure everything gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. It is a practical, everyday kind of business.
