Vpl Projects Pvt Ltd is located over in Kurmanapalem, Visakhapatnam. We are basically a family-run operation. Ch. Santosh handles most things now, and his father, Ch. Srinivasa Rao, used to be an RTC driver, so we come from a very regular, working-class background. We don’t have a big corporate office with fancy carpets. Most of our days are spent out on sites or dealing with the logistics of different projects around Vizag. The traffic in Kurmanapalem can be a real pain, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. Our work is pretty straightforward construction and project management. We don’t really do the whole corporate branding thing because we’d rather just get the job finished. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes the sun really beats down on us, but that’s just part of the deal when you work in this industry. People in the area know us as honest workers who don't put on any airs. We keep the paperwork in the office and our boots in the mud. There’s always something to fix or someone to talk to about a new site. We just keep moving from one task to the next. It’s not always pretty, but we stay busy and that is what matters most to us at the end of the day. We’ve been around for a while and plan to stay here for a lot longer and just keep on working through it with the rest of the crew.
