Vot

Our place is in the S.G Puram Port Quarters which is over in Visakhapatnam. We are in Block No 46/522 and it is a Type 2 building which is pretty standard for this area. Being near the port means there is always a bit of a salty breeze and you can hear the sounds of the ships and trucks if you listen closely. The name Vot is short and simple just like how we run things here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a few rooms where we sit and handle the daily business. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but we are more focused on the work than how the office looks. Most of the people who come here are workers from the port or other local businesses in A.P. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a big desk where all the main files are kept. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but we just wait it out and keep talking. It is a quiet kind of spot compared to the main city center. We spend our days checking through lists and making sure everything is where it should be. It is a regular job in a regular part of town and we like it that way. No one here is trying to be something they are not.
