Visakhapatnam Steel Plant

We are located at Qr.No.206/B in Sector-10 of the Ukkunagaram township. This is all part of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant setup in Andhra Pradesh. Sector-10 is one of those places where you really feel the scale of the whole operation. There are rows of quarters and lots of green trees, but the plant is always the main thing. We work out of 206/B, and it’s a pretty basic setup. We’ve got desks, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork to get through every single day. Steel is a tough business, and it requires a lot of people to keep things moving. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just show up, do the work, and deal with whatever problems come up with the shipments or the staff schedules. The sun in Vizag can be really brutal during the summer months, so we try to keep the fans going as much as we can. Most of the folks living around here are also connected to the plant in one way or another. It creates a certain kind of community where everyone understands the grind. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. It is just about making sure the steel plant keeps functioning like it should. Our address is easy to find if you know your way around the sectors. It is just a plain building where we spend our working hours.
