We have a phone number, 0891-2535897, though we are often out back and might not hear it on the first ring. Vizag is a coastal city so the air is always a bit salty, which we are just used to now. Our trading business is pretty simple. We get things in and we send things out. Kamal started this and keeps a close eye on everything that goes on. We don't have a giant warehouse or a fleet of trucks, just enough to manage our regular trade. The neighborhood in New Venkojipalem is mostly quiet, and we fit right in. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and our afternoons dealing with the paperwork. It is a local business and we know a lot of our customers by their first names. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; some things are still better done with a pen and a notebook. We just try to be fair and keep the business running smoothly. It’s not about being the biggest trader in the city, just about being reliable for the people who depend on us. We have been here a while and plan to stay for much longer.
