If you ever find yourself walking down Applanarasayya Nehuru Street in Bheemili, that is where you will find the office for Vijaya Nirman Construction. We are out here in the Vizag district, and it is a decent enough place to be based for the work we do. Construction work is never really a clean or quiet job, so our office setup reflects that reality. It is a local operation, and we like keeping it that way. Most of the people working here grew up around this part of A.P. anyway. We do not really go in for those big, polished presentations you see from the massive companies in the cities. We just know how to build things and we stick to doing that. The street outside can be a bit quiet or really busy depending on the time of year, but we are always around doing something. Sometimes we have a lot of gear and equipment sitting around, and other times the place looks a bit empty when the whole crew is out at a site. That is just how the construction business goes. We use simple language and talk to people plainly. There is no need for confusing words or trying to sound like we are something we are not. We have been in Vizag for a while now and we know the ground here pretty well. It is just a group of us trying to get projects finished.
