Varams Multi Speciality Clinics

Out here in Srinivasanagar, things are usually a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice. Varams is basically a collection of different rooms where different doctors come in throughout the week. I’ve been working here for a bit, and it’s a lot of managing schedules and making sure the right person is in the right room at the right time. We have a small desk at the entrance where we keep the register. The walls are painted a light off-white color that we probably should have redone last summer, but we never got around to it. Most of our patients are locals from the Srinivasanagar area. They come in for all sorts of things since we have different specialists. It’s funny how you get to know people’s habits, like who always shows up ten minutes early and who is always late because of the parking situation on our street. Parking can be a bit of a headache here if the neighbors have guests over. We just try to keep the place tidy and the water cooler filled up. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's so quiet you can hear the birds outside. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just us trying to keep the clinic running smoothly so people can get seen without too much of a fuss. I usually end the day by double-checking the locks and making sure the fan is off and everything is ready for tomorrow.
