You can find us in Madhuravada, right near the sub-registrar office. If you have ever had to go there for paperwork, you know how busy that street can get. Our office is at 18-103, and it’s a pretty standard setup for a Visakhapatnam business. We’ve got our desks lined up and the fans are always spinning to keep the coastal heat away. Most of our day is spent dealing with property matters and various bits of local business that come our way. Because we are so close to the government office, we see a lot of people every day. Some of them look pretty stressed out with their paperwork, so we try to keep things calm in our own office. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team that knows the Madhuravada area well. Sometimes we have to head out to different parts of Vizag, but this is where we do most of the heavy lifting. The office cat sometimes wanders in from the street, and we don't mind much. We just keep our heads down and work through the files. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for a lot longer. It’s just how we earn our living, one day at a time, right here in Andhra Pradesh.
