Usl National Express

We are tucked into Shop No. 10 inside Krishna Towers. It’s right there by the Ramatalkies Junction, so the noise from the traffic is pretty much a constant background sound for us at Usl National Express. Srinagar is a lively area of Visakhapatnam, and being at this junction means we see a lot of people passing by every hour. The office itself is small and practical. We have our computers set up and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their paperwork. Usually, we are busy typing out details or checking schedules for the national express routes. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people walk in at once, but we make it work. The light in the hallway of Krishna Towers isn't always the brightest, so we keep our shop lights on all day. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall around the corner when there is a lull in the morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to drivers or checking on where the vehicles are. It is just basic office work, nothing too complicated, but it requires us to stay focused so we don't get the dates mixed up. People from the neighborhood know where to find us if they need to send something or travel somewhere. We stay open until late evening, watching the street lights come on at the junction before we finally head home.
