We are Unitech Ltd., and you can find us tucked away in Chaitanya Nagar. The address is a bit of a mouthful, D/No: 53-20-17/3, but most people just look for the spot behind the Eenadu building in Visakhapatnam. It’s a decent area to be in. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now. It’s not a shiny glass building, just a regular place where we get our tasks done. The humidity here in Vizag can be something else, but we have our fans and we manage. Our team is small and we don't really have a lot of hierarchy. If something needs fixing or a client has a question, we just talk it out and handle it. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. Most of our work comes from being around for so long in the local community. People in Chaitanya Nagar know us as the Unitech Ltd. guys. The office gets a bit crowded with papers and equipment sometimes, but it’s a working office, not a showroom. We usually start the day with a quick check on what’s pending and then just get to it. It’s simple, honest work. If you’re in the neighborhood behind Eenadu, that’s where we are. We try to stay organized, but sometimes things get busy and it’s a bit chaotic, which is just how life goes. We like being part of the Vizag business scene.
