Tvam Patisserie

We are located at Door No 36-20/1 on the Main Road in Panduranga Puram. If you’re familiar with Visakhapatnam, you probably know the Axis Bank Ltd in this area; we are right beside it. It’s a good spot because people come to the bank and then notice us right next door. Running a patisserie like Tvam means we are usually up way before the sun to start the ovens. Baking is a lot of work and it can get really hot in the kitchen, especially with the Vizag humidity. But once the smell of fresh bread and cakes starts filling the room, it feels worth it. The shop itself is simple. We have some glass cases to show what we made for the day. Sometimes we have a lot of things ready, and other days we run out faster than expected. It’s hard to predict. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood walking by in the evenings when it cools down a bit. We aren’t really into big marketing or anything; we just put out a sign and people come in. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s quiet just to watch the traffic on the Main Road. It’s a nice community here in Panduranga Puram. We’ve gotten to know the regulars pretty well over the months. It’s just us doing our thing every day, one batch at a time.
