We’re tucked away in Rednam Plaza, which is a pretty well-known building if you’ve spent any time on Old Jail Road. The address is 1-8-806, and we’re right in the Rednam Garden area. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is quite modest. We have a few rooms filled with fire products and a small area where we handle the billing. It’s not the newest building in the world, so the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it suits us just fine. We’ve got a couple of old fans that squeak a bit when they’re on high, but they keep the air moving. Most of our day is spent talking to people who need supplies for their buildings. We aren't big on technology, so we still use a lot of paper notebooks to keep track of things. It’s just easier for us that way. The parking situation in the plaza can be a little tricky in the afternoons, so most people just park further down the road and walk. We have a good relationship with the other businesses in the plaza. Sometimes we all go out for tea together when things are slow. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the equipment we sell is ready and working. It’s just a straightforward, local operation. If you ever walk by, you’ll see our boxes stacked up near the entrance.
