Techcel Electronics

Techcel Electronics is over in Visakhapatnam, specifically at 33-1-23 in the Allipuram area on South Jail Road. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement. We’ve been here for a while now, working out of this shop. We mostly handle electronic repairs and sales, though it depends on what people are looking for at the time. The shop isn't very big, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. There are usually parts and boards sitting on the counters. We aren't interested in being a giant store. We like being a local spot where people can bring their electronics when they start acting up. Being near South Jail Road means we get a lot of different people coming in. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but we keep the equipment clean. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know electronics. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job that’s being stubborn. We’ve seen the industry change from old heavy TVs to all these new gadgets, and we’ve had to learn along the way. We don't use any fancy scripts when people call; we just tell them what we think. It’s just a regular business doing what it can to keep the lights on and the customers coming back. We're happy being part of the Allipuram community.
