Our spot is in Old Gajuwaka over in Gandhinagar. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center of Visakhapatnam, but it works well for us. The address is 9-7-54, and it’s a simple building without any frills. There’s a lot of industrial activity in this part of town, so you can always feel that busy energy in the air. We have a small team working here. Most of us have been together for quite a while now, so we know exactly how everyone likes their tea in the morning. The office doesn’t have any of those modern open-plan layouts you see on TV. It’s just regular rooms with doors and windows. We get a bit of a breeze from the coast sometimes, which is a nice relief when the humidity starts to pick up. The floors are tiled and easy to keep clean, which is good because people are always coming in from outside with dusty boots. We don't have any fancy mission statements or posters hanging up. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and get started on it. It’s a very grounded way to work. Sometimes the local traffic near the Gajuwaka junction is a total mess, so we try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and keeps us busy. We keep things pretty simple here and don't bother with extra rules or complicated procedures that nobody actually follows anyway.
