Synergies Castings Limited

We have been running things over at Synergies Castings Limited for a good many years now. You can find us located at Plot No. 3 and 4 inside the VSEZ in Duvvada. It is a busy place to work, especially with the way the schedule usually looks. Most of the folks here have been with the company for a long time, so they know their way around the casting equipment pretty well. It gets hot on the floor, that’s just the nature of the business when you’re dealing with metal all day long. We keep the gates open early in the morning to get a start on whatever arrived the night before. Sometimes the trucks get backed up at the entrance of the zone, but we manage. People often ask what it’s like working in an export zone, and mostly it just means there is a lot of paperwork to keep track of. We spend a lot of our time making sure the molds are right and checking the finished pieces before they go out. It isn't fancy work, but it keeps everyone busy. If you walk through the shop, you’ll see some guys cleaning up the edges of the castings while others are getting the next batch ready. We don't have a big front office with plush chairs or anything like that. Usually, if someone needs to talk, we just meet out by the loading dock or in the small break area. It’s just how we do things here in Duvvada.
