Subhakalpa Constructions

We are over at Prahalladha Puram in Visakhapatnam, specifically in the Srisairam Enclave. Subhakalpa Constructions isn't a massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. We operate out of Plot No: F-4, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup. Most of the time, our boots are dusty because we’re out at different spots in the city checking on how the walls are going up or if the materials arrived on time. Dealing with construction in Vizag means you have to understand the humidity and how it affects the curing of the concrete. It’s just practical stuff you learn after doing it for a while. We have a small team here. Sometimes we argue about which supplier is being too slow, but we usually figure it out over some tea in the afternoon. The address, Dno:16-73/4, is where we keep all the tools and the ledgers for the projects. We don’t have a flashy reception area because, frankly, we’d rather spend that money on better equipment or keeping the crew happy. It gets loud and busy, especially when a big project is in the middle of a deadline, but that is just the nature of the work. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now, and we like being the local guys people can actually talk to. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a wedding to go to. We just focus on the bricks and the beams.
