Setting up here in Murali Nagar at the Satya Sai Complex was a practical choice for us. We are right on the main road, and having More Supermarket right beside us means there is always a crowd nearby. Running a medical shop in Visakhapatnam is a lot of responsibility because people come to us when they are not feeling well or need something urgent for their family. We spend a lot of time looking at prescriptions and finding the right strips of medicine in the cabinets. It is a bit like a puzzle sometimes, keeping all those small boxes organized by name. The humidity from the sea can be tough, so we keep the shop closed up and cool. Most of the people who walk in are from the apartments around here. They know us by name, and we know what they usually need for their elderly parents. We don't do anything fancy, just keep the fridge stocked with vaccines and insulin and make sure the shelves have the common syrups and tablets. The lights in the shop are bright, and we stay open pretty late because you never know when someone might need something. It is just a steady rhythm of counting change, checking expiry dates, and talking to the regulars who stop by on their way home. We just try to keep things organized so we can find what is needed quickly.
