It’s more of a residential-style setup for our office work, which keeps things quiet compared to the big construction sites we manage. We handle all the billing and site coordination from here. Visakhapatnam is a big place, but this neighborhood has its own feel. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us, which is nice when it’s hot. We have a few desks and a lot of folders full of site photos and permits. It isn’t a place with glass walls or big signs. Most people who come here are workers or suppliers we’ve known for years. We spend our mornings on the phone and our afternoons checking on progress. The work can be messy and hard, but the office stays relatively calm. We don't go in for big marketing or fancy presentations. We just talk to people plainly about what needs building and how long it will take. It’s a simple way of working. There is always someone around if you need to drop off some documents or ask a question. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don’t plan on moving. It feels like home to us and that helps when the work gets stressful.
