Our office is one of those places where there is always a pot of tea going and some papers scattered on the desk. We do a lot of travel planning here. It’s mostly us answering the phone and writing down bookings in a big ledger. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The 5th lane can get a bit tight with cars sometimes, but it’s a good location. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure the cars are clean and the drivers know where they are going. We talk to our customers like they are our neighbors because many of them actually are. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated contracts. We just agree on a price and a time and go from there. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the door for some light, but the work doesn't stop. It’s just a regular local travel shop doing its best every day. That’s really all there is to it. We keep things moving and hope for a smooth day on the road.
