You can find Sri Sai Surya Tours & Travels over in Srinagar at 48-1-10/1. We are located right beside Reddy Hospital which makes us easy to find if you are in that part of Visakhapatnam. The neighborhood is usually a mix of people visiting the hospital and locals going about their business. Our office is a modest space. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on travel arrangements. The 530016 area is our home. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers or checking hotel availability. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes a customer comes in with a lot of questions and we just sit and go through everything bit by bit. We’ve been doing this long enough to know the common problems that pop up with travel. Dealing with schedules can be a bit of a headache but we just take it one step at a time. The office can get a little dusty because of the road work nearby but we try to keep it tidy. It’s a basic operation here. We handle the tours and the car rentals without making a big fuss about it. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people who saw our board while going to the hospital. We just try to be helpful and get the job finished for every customer.
