Sri Sai Constructions

Down here in Indiranagar, Gopalapatnam, we’ve been doing construction work for quite some time. Our address is 13-366, and it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are familiar with this part of Visakhapatnam. Sri Sai Constructions isn’t a giant firm; we are local people who know the local land and how the soil is around here. We do a lot of residential stuff, helping folks put up houses or fix up their old places when they start to look worn down. The coastal weather can be a bit tough on buildings, so we spend a lot of time talking about what materials will last and how to keep the damp out of the walls. Every morning starts early, usually with a tea and a quick talk with the masons before the sun gets too high for them to work comfortably. We aren't into big speeches or polished presentations. We just show up, look at the site, and start working on whatever is next. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a late delivery of steel, but we try to keep moving forward. It’s a messy business with plenty of sand and gravel everywhere, but we like being part of how Gopalapatnam is changing. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around Indiranagar. People see a house going up, ask who is doing it, and then they come find us at the office.
