We are located at Plot No: 38, which is 55-43-22 in Visakhapatnam. The office is easy to find if you know the neighborhood, though the street signs can be a little confusing for people visiting for the first time. We spend most of our time dealing with cement, steel, and the local workforce. It is a busy life, and there is never a quiet moment when a project is in the middle of the heavy lifting phase. The coastal weather in Vizag means we have to keep an eye on the sky, because a sudden rain can mess up a fresh pour of concrete. Our workspace is fairly simple, with a few chairs for visitors and a table where we spread out the large paper drawings. We don't go in for anything flashy. Most of our tools are kept in the back or out at the current job site. The area around Plot 38 has seen a lot of new buildings lately, and we have been part of that growth in our own small way. Sometimes the supply of materials gets delayed, which is frustrating, but we just manage it as it comes. We have a small group of guys who have been working with us for a long time. It feels more like a family than a business some days. We just try to get the jobs done right so we can move on to the next one without any lingering issues. It is just a matter of showing up and doing the hard work until the sun goes down.
