Sri Krishna Travels

If you are standing outside the RTC complex outgate in Asilmetta, you will see our place. We are right there at 48-19-21. It is a busy part of Visakhapatnam, especially with the buses constantly pulling out of the station. Sri Krishna Travels has been operating from here for some time now. The office is small and usually has a couple of people sitting around waiting for their departure time. We keep a ledger for the bookings and spend a lot of time on the phone. The noise from the street is always there, you can hear the horns and the bus engines starting up every few minutes. It is just a regular office with some calendars on the wall and a desk that has seen better days. We don't have much in the way of decoration. Most of our day is spent answering the same questions about which bus goes where and if there are any seats left near the window. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break. The 530003 area is always moving and we are just a small part of that. People stop by on their way home or right before they leave the city. It’s a practical spot for a travel business because everyone is already coming to the RTC complex anyway. We just keep things moving along day by day without any fuss.
