We are located in Dwaraka Nagar, right in Ysr Plaza. Gf-108 is our spot on the ground floor. It’s convenient because clients don’t have to climb stairs. Most of the day is spent looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. The 4th Lane gets quite busy during the afternoons with all the traffic, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We started this place because we liked building things and Vizag is growing so fast. There’s always someone coming in asking about house plans or municipal approvals. We have a few desks and some old files stacked in the corner. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls, just a practical place where we get the job done. Sometimes we go out to sites in the heat, which is tiring, but that’s part of being an engineer. We’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. We know the tea seller nearby pretty well. People around here know where to find us if they need a drawing for their new home. It’s a bit messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just try to help people figure out their construction problems without making it too complicated. It is just us working here every day from morning until late evening, making sure the measurements are right and the plans make sense for the local land. We like the work we do.
