Sraddha Hospital

We are located right at the collector office junction, which is a very busy spot. If you know the 14-37-45 building number, that is where we stay most of the day at Sraddha Hospital. It is usually quite noisy outside because of the traffic and all the people going to the government offices nearby. Inside, we just try to keep things moving as best as we can. There are some wooden chairs in the lobby and a simple desk where we keep the registers. The walls have been painted a few times over the years, but they still get marks from people leaning against them while they wait. We have a couple of doctors who come in at different times, and the nurses usually have their hands full with paperwork and checking on whoever comes in. It is not a fancy place with carpets or expensive art. We use standard ceiling fans and the floor is just plain tiles that we mop every morning and evening. Sometimes the power goes out for a second and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. People from the surrounding villages often stop by because they know the landmark here. We do not have a big cafeteria, just a small space where staff eats their lunch. Most of the time, we are just focusing on whatever patient is right in front of us. It is a lot of work, and some days are longer than others, but that is just how life is here.
