Softy Ice Cream

If you are in Lalitha Nagar, you have probably walked past us at 49-15-1. We have been here for a good while, serving softy ice cream to anyone who stops by. It is a very simple shop. We have the machines lined up, and we pull the handles when a customer wants a cone. I like the softy business because it is quick and children really love watching the ice cream swirl into the cone. Lalitha Nagar is a nice area, mostly residential, so we know a lot of the families around here by name. Sometimes the machines act up or need a bit of extra cleaning, which takes time, but that is part of the job. I don't bother with fancy toppings or expensive advertising. Most people find us because they see the sign or hear from a neighbor. The shop is not very big, and it can get a bit cramped when a whole group of school kids arrives at once. I try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long in the heat. It is just me and my brother running the place most of the time. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent snack for the people on our street. It is a quiet, steady kind of work that keeps us busy from afternoon until late evening.
