Sm Engineer

We are located at 45-2-97 in Alagwadi. It is a small setup, just a local engineering shop where we handle various types of repair and fabrication work. Alagwadi is a quiet enough area compared to the big industrial hubs, but we stay plenty busy. The shop is basically one large room where we keep our lathes, drills, and welding equipment. There is not much room for anything else inside. We have a small bench where we keep the blueprints and some measuring tapes. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the afternoon, so we have to sweep up before we head out for the day. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the machines properly. We have been doing this for years, so we have a solid routine down. We show up, check the orders, and start the machines up. The sound of the motors running is just part of the background for us now. We do not go in for any promotional stuff or big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood or folks who have heard about us through word of mouth. We just try to do an honest day of work and make sure things are fixed properly. Sometimes we stay late if a job is proving to be difficult, but that is just how it goes with engineering work. It is a practical business for practical people like us.
