Skml General & Fancy Stores is located on Ramatalkies Down Road in Dwaraka Nagar. Being near the SBI Bank means there’s always people walking past. We sell a mix of things. On one side, we have general grocery items, and on the other, we have fancy goods. That means things like hair clips, bangles, some basic makeup, and small gift items. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside the shop because we try to fit so much on the shelves. Sometimes things get a bit dusty, especially the items on the top shelves that people don't ask for every day. Visakhapatnam is a nice place to live, and this area is quite central. We see a lot of office workers and people going to the bank. They usually stop in for something small, like a pen or a packet of biscuits. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. Most of our customers are regulars who live nearby. We've been here long enough that we know most people's faces. The shop is a bit cluttered, and we use old wooden counters. It’s not modern, but it’s practical. My uncle started this place, and I’ve been helping out for years. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just try to have what people need so they don't have to go all the way to the big market. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going. We just take each day as it comes.
