You can find us at Siricon Projects (P) Ltd. over in Ram Nagar. We are up on the fifth floor of Ramraju Towers in Flat No: 6. K.Prasanth Kumar is the one who usually manages the day-to-day stuff from here. Rednam Gardens is a pretty well-known area in Visakhapatnam, so people usually don't have much trouble finding the building. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are mostly looking at drawings or talking on the phone with site supervisors. The elevator in the building works most of the time, which is good because carrying heavy files up five flights of stairs is no fun. We handle a variety of project work around the city. It’s a lot of coordinating between different people like the electricians and the cement guys. Things don't always go according to the exact plan, so we have to spend a lot of time fixing small problems before they become big ones. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, we just want to keep our current projects moving along. The office is simple, just some chairs, a few tables, and a lot of paper. We like being in Ram Nagar because it is close to many of the places where we work. It’s a busy life, and there is always something that needs attention, whether it's a permit or a delivery that went to the wrong place. We just take it one day at a time.
