Siricon Projects (P) Limited

Siricon Projects (P) Limited is located on Bowdara Road in Visakhapatnam. We are right beside Sri Satya Lodge at 32-2-5. That part of Vizag is always moving, with people coming and going from the lodges and the nearby shops. It can be quite noisy with the traffic and the horns, but it's a good place to be if you want to be in the middle of things. We have a small office there where we handle the planning and the payments for our projects. Construction in a city like Visakhapatnam is different because everything is so tight and you have to be careful with the neighbors. We mostly work on local projects, trying to get things built without too many delays. The coastal air means we have to think about the materials we use so they don't get worn out by the salt and humidity too fast. It is a lot of work to keep track of all the different crews and the suppliers. We aren't a giant company with a hundred offices, just this one spot on Bowdara Road. Usually, one of us is in the office while the others are out checking on the sites. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, see what needs to be done, and we do it. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is short, and we just deal with it as it comes.
