If you are looking for us in Visakhapatnam, we are over in the Maddilapalem area. The office is at D.No.53-18-12, which is Ch. Dharma Rao’s place. H. Jeevan Kumar is usually the one you will find there if he isn't out at a construction site somewhere in the city. Vizag is growing fast, so there is always some building work to be done. Our office isn't anything special. It is just a room with some blueprints, a lot of dusty shoes by the door, and a couple of phones that never stop ringing. We handle the day-to-day stuff of running a construction business from here. That means a lot of talk about cement, bricks, and labor schedules. It gets pretty loud sometimes when everyone is trying to coordinate things. We don't have a fancy lobby or a secretary to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available. We prefer being out on the sites anyway, but someone has to stay back and handle the paperwork. Maddilapalem is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We’ve been around for a bit and have seen the city change a lot. We just keep doing our part, building one thing at a time and making sure we get the details right. It is hard work but we are used to it by now. We just keep going until the sun goes down.
