Our office is right on Bazaar Street in Chinna Waltair, over in Visakhapatnam. You can find us at number 6-2-14/5. J. Sunil Babu is the person who runs things from here. Being on Bazaar Street means it is always noisy and crowded outside, which we kind of like because it feels like things are moving. We are a private limited company, but the office feels more like a small family business. We have desks piled high with site plans and municipal documents. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have meetings, but we manage. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on how the projects are going. Since we are in Chinna Waltair, we are close to a lot of our work sites. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. Most of the furniture is stuff we’ve had for years. We focus more on making sure the building projects are moving along. It is common for us to be drinking coffee and looking over some technical drawings late into the evening. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to chat or ask about some work. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. We are just local people who know how to build things. It is a busy life, especially with the way Vizag is expanding these days, but we like staying active and seeing new structures go up every single month.
