Our office has been over at Mig-I/52 in Sector-2 for a while now. MVP Colony is a busy spot in Visakhapatnam, and that’s where you can find us. Most days are filled with building plans or talking to people about their construction projects. It’s not always quiet here, especially when there are many drawings to look over or sites to check on. Shivam Constructions & Consultancy is just a small team of us working through the daily tasks. We deal with the usual stuff like permits, structural things, and general advice for people trying to get something built. Sometimes things get a bit messy with paperwork, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. A big fancy firm with a lobby isn't what we are. It’s just an office where we keep our tools and files. If you walk past Sector-2, you probably know the area. Neighbors pass by every morning. It’s a good place to be based because it’s central for us. People come by to ask questions about their houses or new shops they want to put up. Straight answers are what we try to give without making it too complicated. Construction takes time and a lot of patience, which we’ve learned over the years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. Occasionally the computers are slow or the phone won't stop ringing, but we just handle it one thing at a time. It's just a normal workplace with normal people.
