Shape Well Ladies Fitness Center

Shape Well is a ladies-only fitness center located in the Kommuru Kanchi Residency. We are in Apseb Colony, Seethammadhara, right near the ASR Statue. It’s a quiet residential area in Visakhapatnam, which makes it a good spot for a gym like ours. We wanted a place where women could come and exercise comfortably without feeling crowded or watched. The space is inside a residency building at Door No 55-14-74. It’s not a massive commercial gym, but we have enough equipment for everyone to get their workout done. We have some bikes, some light weights, and plenty of space for floor exercises. Most of our members are ladies from the colony or nearby apartments. We talk a lot while we work out, so it’s a social place too. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we have a backup for the lights so we don't stop. It’s a simple setup. We don't have trainers in suits or anything like that. Just us helping each other out. If you’re looking for a fancy club, this probably isn't it. But if you want a friendly place in Seethammadhara to stay healthy, we are here. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. The ASR Statue is the best way to find the turn into our street. We try to keep it a welcoming spot for all the local women to visit, stay active, and feel at home.
