Satyam Murthy here in Visakhapatnam. We are over in Venkatadhirinagar, specifically in the Postal Colony area at door number 21-157. It’s a quiet spot in Praladhapuram. My father, B.S. Bhagavan, started things out and now I handle the daily work. It’s a local place, nothing fancy. The humidity here in Vizag can be something else, but we get the work done. People know where to find us. Just look for the 21-157 house. We’ve been here for a while. It’s mostly just keeping up with the neighbors and making sure the business stays afloat. Sometimes the mail takes a bit to get through the colony, but that's just how it is. We deal with whatever comes through the door. It’s a family thing, really. Not much to look at from the outside, just a normal house setup where we do our business. If you’re around Praladhapuram, you know the vibe. It’s busy but slow at the same time. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a room with a desk and some papers. We keep things simple because that's what works. I spend most of my day right here in the Postal Colony. It's home and work all mixed into one. We just try to be helpful to anyone who stops by. There's a small tree out front that gives some shade in the afternoons, which is nice when it gets really hot.
