Sai Milk Foods

Sai Milk Foods is our small shop located on the Main Road in Marripalem, Visakhapatnam. We are right in the heart of the neighborhood in Andhra Pradesh. As the name suggests, our main work involves milk and other dairy items like curd and paneer. Every morning, the milk crates arrive very early, and that is when our day starts. We have to be ready before the sun comes up because people in Marripalem want their milk for their first cup of tea. We have a couple of large refrigerators that hum all day to keep everything cold. It is very important because the weather here in Vizag can get quite hot. Besides milk, we keep some basic food items and snacks that families like to buy. The shop isn't very large, just a simple room with a counter and the cooling units. I run the place with my brother. We don't have any corporate training or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like the neighbors they are. The Main Road is always noisy with buses and autos, but we have gotten used to the sound over the years. We don't have a website or any social media. If you want something, you just walk in and ask. We just try to make sure the milk is always fresh and the shop is open when people need it. It is just a normal, local business.
