The office for Sahasra Earth Movers is at 26-27/11 in Gajuwaka. Gajuwaka is a very busy industrial kind of area, so it fits our work with earth moving quite well. There is always a lot of dust and movement around here with all the trucks and machines. Our office is a simple room where we keep our schedules and tools. We have been doing this for a few years now, helping with various site clearances and excavations. The heat can get pretty intense in Gajuwaka during the summer months, so we usually try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before it gets bad. We have a couple of machines that we maintain ourselves in the yard. It's a lot of work keeping everything running right, but we manage. Most of the people we work for are local contractors or people building their own houses in the outskirts. We don't have any fancy brochures or a website. People just find us by the address or by asking around the neighborhood. It is a practical business. We deal with the soil and the rocks every day. Sometimes the machines need repairs, and we spend the whole day covered in grease. That is just part of the job. We are glad to be situated in this part of town because it is where all the action is.
