Safety Superviosr

I live at House Number 58-25-33/1 on Gavara Street in Butchirajupalem. Most people around here know my father, T. Durga Rao. I work as a Safety Supervisor in Visakhapatnam. The city is always growing, and there is always some kind of work going on that needs a safety eye. I don't have a fancy setup or a polished way of speaking to people. I just tell it like it is when I’m on a site. If something looks dangerous, I say so right then and there. I’ve spent a lot of time walking around various projects in the 530027 area. It’s a lot of standing in the sun and making sure people are wearing their boots and helmets properly. It’s not the kind of job where you sit behind a computer all day. My notes are usually scribbled on whatever paper I have handy at the moment. I try to be helpful to the workers rather than just being a bossy person. If they understand why we do things a certain way, they are more likely to listen and stay safe. My home in Butchirajupalem is where I do all my planning and reading. It’s a regular house in a regular street. I don't have any big mission statements or goals other than making sure nobody gets hurt while I’m on duty. It’s just what I do for a living and I try to do it right every day.
