Ruksan

If you walk down Saibaba Temple Road in Sramikanagar, you’ll find us at Ruksan. We are tucked away at Door No. 6-67-8/6, right in the heart of Gajuwaka. The area is always humming with people going to the temple or heading to work at the nearby industries. Our shop is a straightforward place where we handle our daily business without much fanfare. We have a counter at the front and some storage in the back for whatever we’re dealing with that week. It’s often a bit noisy because of the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our time talking to customers and making sure our inventory is sorted. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a functional workspace where things get moved around constantly. We have a small stool for visitors and a desk that’s usually covered in receipts and pens. We open early in the morning and stay until the evening when the street lights come on. Visakhapatnam is a busy port city, and Gajuwaka is one of those places that never really sleeps. We like being part of this neighborhood. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while we wait for a delivery to arrive. There isn't a big marketing team here, just a few of us making sure the work gets done correctly. We focus on being reliable for the people who walk through our door. The fan in the corner hums all day long.
