Our base for Rkec Projects &Pvt Ltd is over at Flat No.19 in the Bhavani-2 Apartments. It’s located in the B.S. Layout area of Visakhapatnam, 530013. Sanka Lakshminarayana is the name on the door. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment building, but it works for what we need. It’s a quiet place to sit down and figure out the project details. We have a balcony where we sometimes take breaks to see the city. Visakhapatnam is a busy place, and being in B.S. Layout puts us in a good spot. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at drawings on the big table. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. If you come to see us, you just buzz up to Flat No.19. We’ve been in Bhavani-2 Apartments for some time now. The neighbors are nice and don’t mind the occasional noise from our office. We try to keep things simple without being too stuffy. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks; we just do our work and let people see the results. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. It’s a lot of hours, but that is how it goes. We’re just a local business trying to make things work in Vizag. We have a small shelf full of folders that we really should organize better. There’s a coffee machine in the corner that we use way too much. Life at Bhavani-2 Apartments is generally pretty steady. We get our work done and then we head home like everyone else.
