This setup is based right here in Ukkunagaram, specifically in Sector 2. Living and working in a township like this is a different experience compared to the main city of Visakhapatnam. Our place is at Qtr No-3/18, which is more of a home-office type of deal. It’s quiet around here, lots of trees and the roads are usually wide. We are connected to the steel plant activities, but our daily routine is quite simple. We wake up, walk over to the desk, and start handling whatever paperwork is piled up. The weather in Vizag can get quite humid, so we usually have the fans going all day. There isn’t much flash or show here. We just do our part in the bigger picture of the industry. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat while we are working. It’s a very local feel. We don't have a big signboard or anything, just a quiet spot where we get things done. Most of us have been in this sector for years and know everyone else around. It’s steady work. We don’t really worry about the big corporate stuff; we just focus on the tasks at hand and making sure the numbers add up. It is a practical way to live and work, and the township life suits us just fine for now. It isn't exciting, but it is reliable, and that matters most in this business.
