Our building is pretty standard, nothing that stands out too much from the road. We deal with all sorts of customers. Some are in a hurry, others like to chat. We just keep the floor clean and the lights on. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or polished speeches. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It’s just how we run things here. There’s a lot of activity in this part of the state, and we are just one small piece of it. We don't have a grand mission, we just stay focused on the tasks at hand. It works for us and it works for the people who come in. We just stick to the routine and let the day go by without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
