Our place is located on Old Jail Road, specifically at 10/12/10 in Rednam Gardens. It’s right across from where the Mahindra Satyam office is. This area has a lot of history, and you can feel it in the old buildings nearby. We handle a lot of industrial casting work here. It’s a busy environment with a lot of noise and movement throughout the day. The facility is set up to handle heavy parts and equipment. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time now. The staff here mostly wears work clothes because things can get a bit dusty and greasy given what we do. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We have a yard for loading and unloading trucks, which gets pretty crowded on Monday mornings. People know us for being reliable with the technical side of things. We don't spend much time on office decor; we're more concerned with the machines and the output. It’s a practical setup for a practical industry. Most of the people working here live in the surrounding neighborhoods. We have a lunchroom where everyone gathers to eat and talk about the news or sports. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready on time. We try to keep the gate clear so the trucks can turn around without blocking the whole road for everyone else.
