We run Ravi Teja Constructions out of our place at Plot No. 143 in Viratnagar. It’s in the R.R.V. Puram area of Visakhapatnam. Being here in Vizag means we’re used to the humidity and the sea breeze. Our office is more of a home base for the construction projects we have going on around the district. It’s a practical setup where we keep our tools, maps, and all the paperwork that comes with building things. We aren't the type to sit in an office all day though. Most of the time, the team is out on-site, getting their hands dirty and making sure things are being built right. We’ve been doing this in Andhra Pradesh for a while, and we know the local land and rules pretty well. It's a small crew, mostly family and guys we’ve known for years. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of secretaries. If you come by, you’ll probably just see some plans spread out on a table and some dusty boots by the door. We prefer it that way. It’s about the work, not about looking important. People in Viratnagar know us as the construction folks who just get on with it. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the plot, see what needs to be done, and start working. That’s how we’ve always operated, and it seems to work out fine. Even when things get stressful with deadlines, we keep at it.
