Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd,(A Govt. Of India Enterprise)

Our spot is over in Sector-2 of Ukkunagaram. If you know the area, it is part of the township for the steel plant. Working for a government enterprise like Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd means there is always something to do and plenty of rules to follow. This office at Quarter No 211/D is where we handle our daily tasks. It feels like a small community here because most of us live and work in the same general area. It’s quiet compared to the main city, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on numbers and reports. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families nearby. The building has been here for years, and you can tell by the walls and the old furniture, but it works for us. We don’t need anything flashy to get through the day. Sometimes the heat in Visakhapatnam gets a bit much, but we have our fans going and plenty of water. It’s an honest way to make a living and we take it one day at a time. The paperwork stacks up sometimes, but we manage. It’s just us, a few computers, and a lot of history in this sector. We’ve all been here long enough that we don’t need to explain much to each other anymore. We just keep our heads down and get on with the business of the day.
