Rajya Lakshmi Builders is located in New Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam. Our main spot is D.No:65-6-497/A, and K. Eswarudu is the one who usually keeps things running. Visakhapatnam is growing fast, and Gajuwaka is right at the heart of a lot of new buildings. We are a local team, and we do not really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of our days are spent on various construction sites around the 530026 area. Our office is a simple place where we keep the tools, the plans, and the accounts. It can get pretty chaotic when we have multiple jobs going on at once. The rain is our biggest enemy because it can shut down a site for days, leaving us just sitting in the office waiting for the ground to dry. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people seeing our signs at a site or hearing about us from a neighbor. It is a lot of coordinating with sand suppliers, cement trucks, and the local laborers. It is hard, sweaty work, especially with the humidity we get here near the coast. We just focus on getting the walls up straight and finishing the job so we can move on to the next one. That is the reality of building houses in this part of the world.
