Rajsimha Construction Ltd

Visakhapatnam is a busy city, especially around the Srinagar area. We are located at 48-7-22, right on the Printing Line. Rajsimha Construction Ltd has been operating from this little corner for a while now. Construction is not a clean or quiet job, and anyone who tells you otherwise has never been on a site. Our office is a practical space where B. Ravi Sanker and the rest of us manage the projects. It is filled with rolled-up drawings and stacks of papers. We do not have any fancy marketing people writing stuff for us. We just focus on building things that stay up. The traffic in the Printing Line can be really frustrating when we are trying to get the trucks in and out. It is a lot of coordination with laborers and suppliers every single day. The heat in Vizag can be brutal in the summer, making the outdoor work quite tough on everyone. We do not make big promises; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather turning bad, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It is a lot of long hours and getting your hands dirty. We are just a local team trying to do right by the people who hire us to build for them.
