The staff here are locals who know the area well. We don’t use any of that corporate talk you hear in big city offices. We just speak plainly about what needs to happen next. Lunch is usually spent together, talking about the weather or local events in Chaitanyanagar. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don’t have any fancy posters about our vision or anything. We just know what our jobs are and we do them. Being near the heart of Gajuwaka makes sense for us because that’s where things are happening. We’re just a regular bunch of people working hard at 26-36-11. We just keep our heads down and work.
