We are located over in Old Gajuwaka at D.No. 6-27-3. It’s in the LBS Colony area of Visakhapatnam. Even though the name says Chennai, we’ve been rooted here in Andhra Pradesh for quite a while. Apparao and the rest of the family keep things running. It’s a busy neighborhood, close to the industrial hubs, which makes sense for what we do. We handle various technical and construction projects. Our office is part of the local landscape, nothing too fancy or flashy. We have a lot of regular clients who just drop by to talk about their next project. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just tell you what we can do and how long it’ll take. The humidity here in Vizag can be something else, but we’re used to it. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with suppliers and making sure the crews are where they need to be. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We’ve been at this for years, and we’ve seen Gajuwaka grow a lot in that time. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out. If you’re in the colony, you’ve probably seen our truck or passed by our door. It's a simple life but we like the work. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
