Our place is located at number 21 in Prashanti Nagar, which is out in Pendurthi. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center of Visakhapatnam, but we like the space we have here. Being an industrial setup, there is always some kind of humming noise from the machines or the sound of trucks pulling into the yard. The Andhra heat can be quite something in the middle of the day, so we have fans going all over the place to keep the air moving. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages and they’ve been with us for years. We aren't big on titles or fancy office gear. Our main room has a big table where we spread out charts and schedules. It’s a lot of hands-on work and things can get greasy or dusty depending on what’s happening on the floor. We spend a lot of time making sure the equipment is running okay because if something breaks, everything stops. It’s a practical environment where we focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes we sit outside in the shade for a bit during the break to get away from the noise. It is a tough job sometimes, but we are used to the rhythm of the machines. We keep our records in big binders that line the walls of the small office section. It’s just how we do things here and we have been at it for a while now.
